Routine Child & Adult Vaccines
It is important for adults and children to keep up with routine immunizations, and the Department of Health is here to help. Vaccinations are by appointment only, and most private insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare are accepted; Medicare Part D also covers certain vaccines.
Please call 260.449.7504 for more information and to make an appointment.
Vaccines for Children & Adolescents

The Department of Health’s Immunization Clinic administers the following vaccines:
Due to an unpredictable vaccine supply, not all vaccines are available at all times for adults. Please ask about pricing when making an appointment. Some uninsured or under-insured children may be eligible for free vaccines under the federal Vaccines for Children program.
